There are a few things I have brought to Finland from Japan.

Such as,

A doll of the rabbit(the bottom grey one is mine and the top white one is my little sister's)

A clock from a 100 yen shop

etc...

Also, I have brought

Needle point holders and scissors (for flower arrangement).

In Finland, the cut flowers are more expensive than the planted ones. Also, there are not cut 'trees' which is essential for Ikebana. So, the holders and scissors were not used at all since I came to Finland. However, today I had flowers from the family where I go private teaching, so I decided to do Ikebana with them!!

Why didn't I put in a vase instead of doing Ikebana?

It's just because I didn't have a vase, but had a dish which can be used for Ikebana! So, there was no other options than doing Ikebana!!!

There you go☆★

With the things I love* (the rabbit doll, candles and stones)☆

It had really been long since I last did Ikebana. So, there were many thing I've forgotten, but it was really a fun and it turned out to be quite OK!! That's the way it goes♬♪

It's a rare thing to get flowers from someone, but when I get it again, I might do Ikebana☆
